Eye Primer - Overview

Eyeshadow primers have helped many a girl (and guy!) extend the life of their eyeshadow over the course of the day. When I use it it can prevent creasing for hours longer than without, some also are known in enhance the vividness of the colour. But which ones are smart buys to try? Which ones are worth a small fortune? I've compiled a price per 0.01oz guide in both Canadian dollars and American. Have a look, compare and I wish you the best of luck finding the perfect one for you! (My current favourite is Too Faced Shadow Insurance but it used to be Urban Decay's Primer Potion. What eye primer do you rely on?
